Redwood Heights Kitchen Remodel
We can’t express our appreciation enough for Greg Hendsch, his talented team at Cerulean Construction and his great subcontractors for the truly amazing job they did on our Kitchen remodel. We interviewed 5 contractors and from the start, Greg was by far the most responsive and knowledgeable, outshining the competition with his ability to listen and communicate. Greg visited the job site every day and actively oversaw all aspects of the construction, which was perfectly coordinated and completed on time. Elmer, the master craftsman from Cerulean, carefully installed the semi custom cabinets and appliances, perfectly executing on every detail. All of the subcontractors similarly did excellent work from the perfectly installed glass tile and ceramic floor, to the beautiful countertop and painting. We made a number of changes, adding scope midway through the project including painting our entire first floor and refinishing all of our wood floors on two levels plus a few other changes. Greg didn’t miss a beat getting bids and coordinating the subcontractors while keeping the kitchen remodel on schedule. His pricing for changes were fair and reasonable. Greg also partnered well with our kitchen designer, Sophia Soloman, always responding in a timely manner to problem solve issues and provide solution options for us. We are extremely happy with the quality of both the end product and the process throughout. Anyone needing a residential remodel would be very fortunate to work with Cerulean. Our new kitchen is absolutely beautiful! We have now been cooking in it for over 4 months and love it more every day.

Redwood Heights Remodel
Greg and the Cerulean Construction crew are miracle workers and did an amazing job gutting my old kitchen and producing a fantastic functional and beautiful new kitchen in the same space ahead of schedule and on budget.
My home was built in the late 1920s and the kitchen had been badly remodeled in about 1970. Boiler pipes (obsolete) were behind a wall that took up precious space in my old kitchen. Greg understands old houses and knew that he could remove the boiler pipes and give me valuable additional square footage in my small kitchen. And he did.
Greg and his subcontractors are talented craftsmen who made all of the new features look like they had always been a part of my house. I was especially happy with the installation of hardwood floors and a scalloped arch that match and blend perfectly with original features of my home.
Greg has great relationships with his vendors and subcontractors and had everything planned so perfectly that my project was finished ahead of the very tight schedule. During the project, I did a little happy dance every day when I came home because there was so much daily progress. I shared photos of the progress with my colleagues and they were amazed.
